Job Description

Account Manager & Sales Director Support9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 28 days holiday and bonus after 6months.To manage and retain a portfolio of assigned customers, identify and develop growth opportunities and to support the Sales Director in administration of their accounts for a well-established SME based in Leamington Town Centre. The business has been operatingfor over 25 years and are a leading supplier of high-quality products to a wide variety of industries.JOB DESCRIPTION:Sales Director Support

  • Provide internal support to Sales Director in administering his account portfolio.
  • Use SAP software to process SD sales opportunities, quotations, customer orders and account information.
  • 1-2 Days per month on the road with Sales Director to visit own and SD accounts to enhance relationships.
Account Management
  • Manage and maintain approx. 80 existing accounts with turnover value of £
  • Develop an understanding of customers needs taking an interest in their business and operations and effectively deliver solutions to requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with all relevant customer key contacts (e.g. Purchasing/QA/Warehouse etc).
  • Negotiate sales pricing and close orders.
  • Identify new product opportunities to grow business share of these accounts.
  • Maintain and grow margin.
  • Liaise with internal operations team to deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Use SAP software to manage all customer activity including sales opportunities, customer quotation and sales order processing.
  • Use SAP to track key account metrics, identify order patterns and manage account product portfolio
Candidate Requirements:
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Within 45 Minute commute to office Leamington
  • Some telesales experience preferred.
  • IT literate with Word, Outlook, Excel.
  • Prior experience of SAP a benefit but not essential.
