Online, Languages, Amazon, Google, SocialWe are a multi-website site online retailer of home and nursery products. We serve customers predominantly in the EU and UK with plans to sell in USA as well. International sales are made on the Amazon Marketplaces including France, Germany, Italy, Spain,UK Sales are mainly through own websites and Amazon with a shop now on stream.As an Internet business our staff need to be proficient dealing with Google, Amazon, Social Media therefore we require a broad base of skills ranging from European Languages, Numeracy, Content, Social Media and Advertising. Our most successful managers startedwith no experience of online retailing, they developed their skills on the job by working on different projects until they find a function that matches their skills. We do not put caps on our staff and mentor you to develop and grow as fast as you like, indeedwe reward your development with pay increases and opportunities for promotion.Personality and Attributes

• A Degree in any subject that requires research is preferred; however professional experience can be substituted
• EU language skills are welcome and applicants do not need to be Graduates
• We welcome all applicants with experience dealing with Amazon Marketplace or Google.
• Drivers licence and car as our location is not served by public transport
• You must be confident and really like "people" as interaction with suppliers, and customers forms part of the role

Example Responsibilities

• Listing products on Amazon UK or EU marketplaces (in local language
• Optimising product listings on UK websites
• Managing Sponsored Products campaigns on Amazon, Google or Instagram
• Dealing with factories abroad and arranging container shipments
• Improving Customer Service systems

The working environment is open and supportive and advancement is strictly by meritocracy. Working hours are Weekdays 08.30-5.30 with flexibility at either ends of the day.
