Job Description

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Administrator for an excellent business based in Langley Mill. This role is a brilliant opportunity for someone who very strong administration skills, good attention to detail, can work well under pressure. It is ideal if you have experience in booking in jobs for field based employees/scheduling jobs, processing bookingin forms. You also do need to be confident on the phones, taking calls from both internal and external people. Key responsibilities: - Taking incoming phone calls from customers - Managing a busy inbox of enquiries and orders - Process post - Booking jobs for employees who are field based - Booking accommodation for field based employees - Processing booking documents - Raising/escalating any claims - Greeting and assisting any visitors to the office Monday to Friday, office based role, 8:00am to 5:00pm Depending on experience up to £24,000
