Job Description

Langley College are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Technical Skills Coach in Electrical. We deliver an innovative curriculum with superb specialist facilities including latest industrystandard equipment, workshops and studios.Technical Skills CoachElectrical As a Technical Skills Coach, you will support the successful completion of our Electrical apprenticeship programmes through assessment, progress reviews, target setting and managing barriers to achievement. You will provide support, coaching and guidanceto assist each apprentice in reaching their full potentialYou will work to support and enhance the apprentice and employer experience through effective skills coaching and will be responsible for supporting off the job elements through one to one meetings with each of your apprentices. You will support learnerson all elements of their apprenticeship including skills, knowledge & behaviours and functional skills monitoring. The role will require fully preparing apprentices as they work towards their end point assessmentThis is an opportunity for a passionate individual who wishes to work in a truly stimulating and rewarding environment. You will be educated to a level 3 or above in the relevant vocational area and hold 18th Edition & AM2/AM2s.
