A great opportunity has come up to work within the Council on a part time temporary basis as a receptionist based in Langley/Middleton.This position is very varied, no two days will be the same. Working as part of a team but with some lone time, the appointed person will be the one who meets and greets all visitors in the department, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and seen to.The typical duties (but limited to):

• Meeting and greeting
• Ensure all visitors log info in the visitors book
• Answering/responding to queries and helping where possible
• Administration - Updating documents and spreadsheets etc - ensuring that all info is correctly and accurately captured
• Assist with setting up meeting rooms, ensure they are well stocked, presented and cleared after the meetings
• Plus much more

Due to the nature of the business the appointed person will need either an active DBS (on the update service) or be willing to have an enhanced DBS carried out against them.The working hours are Monday to Thursday 13:00 - 18:00 and it pays £12.18 per hour which is paid on a weekly basis.If the above is of interest and you are able to start asap then please either apply online NOW or contact me at
