Ref: 3033Job: Customer Service AdministratorLocation: Langley, BerkshireSalary: £21000 - £22000 Main Responsibilities:We have a fantastic client based in Langley seeking a professional Customer Service Administrator. On a day to day basis, the role will involve speaking to customers and following up on orders, dealing with any customer queries. You will be responsible for resolving customer product or service complaints by clarifying correction or adjustment as required. As Customer Service Administrator, you will also be responsible for dealing with stock order processing using an internal CRM and Excel, Navision and/or Salesforce would be advantageous.A strong background in customer service is required for this role along with an intermediate knowledge of Excel.
