Job Description

Are you looking to be part of a small team and have experience working in a customer facing or customer service roleMy client in Langley are looking for a permanent full time Customer Service Administrator.Do you have minimum of:

  • A Level or equivalent including Maths and English
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent in administration or customer service related discipline desirable
  • IT knowledgeintermediate level Excel and Word
If you are successful and have the above, please do not apply if you do not have the 3 qualifications.These are your main duties :
  • Handle telephone calls and other customer enquiries from letter, fax and email.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution tothe customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for processing and administrating customer orders, lending orders and service orders. Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organizations internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders.
  • Responsible for producing customer quotes to the customers specification and with a timely manner.
  • Responsible for stock order processing to ensure necessary delivery times.
  • Co-ordination of product demonstration and service loan equipment.
  • Prepares and produces reports as necessary for internal and external customers
  • Responsible for organising field support activity whilst encouraging good customer liaison & back up service .
  • Responsible for record and information maintenance within the companies systems.
