Meridian Health are looking for a HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist to work full time in a large psychology teamwithin the therapy services in a specialist hospitalnear Blackburn.The role is varied, involving direct and indirect clinical work, MDT decision making, staff training and supervision, evaluation and development of key aspects of the service as part of an established and experienced team. Youwill require enhanced organisationalskills and the ability to work both independently, pro-actively and as a key member of departmental and clinical teams. Experience of working with service users with complex needs, ideally in a secure or locked setting.Working alongside an established team this role will enable the successful applicant to develop their varied occupational therapy skills, across a range of core areas (including physical) and within secure mental health services: there are extensive on sitefacilities and links with the community.
