Research AssistantLocation: Basildon, SS16Salary: £16,000 - £17,500 (DoE)Why do we want youWe want you because we are looking to fill a full-time experienced telephone research role working in a fantastic, friendly team for a company whose purpose is to improve healthcare outcomes for the population.We want you because you have been working in a similar market research role with healthcare related organisations or agencies and have proven experience of communicating with Health Care Professionals, or other key executives. You are confident with entering data into a bespoke system, and above all you are committed to accuracy and product improvement.You will need a confident telephone manner and be able to demonstrate experience in talking to people at all levels. You will be able to show an ability to communicate the benefits of being part of the WHC dataset and you will need an understanding of Business to Business GDRP rules and regulations.
