We are the recruitment partner for a Trust of 16 small primary schools which has had considerable growth and will continue to do so moving forward. Due to this growth, the Trust are now looking to appoint a Finance Manager.The Finance Manager will be based with the Central Team who are pivotal to this aspiration and are expected to provide comprehensive business support to all 16 schools to enable the individual Academy Heads to focus solely on the quality educational provisionthat ensures pupils achieve their full potential.As the Trust enters a phase of growth and opportunity, they are seeking to appoint an exceptional Finance Manager who will be an energetic and inspiring individual. The Finance Manager will work closely to support the Executive Team and will be responsiblefor shaping, implementing, and strengthening the Trusts vision, providing well for their schools, developing processes and upgrading infrastructure.This position requires someone who is a skilled and agile decision maker who is able to lead and execute a clear strategy for the Trusts future growth and sustainability. The Finance Manager will have the ability to communicate fluently in order to positivelyengage with a wide range of stakeholders, influencing and informing as required, whilst motivating strong teamwork, collaboration and productive working relationships.
