You will play a crucial role in meeting our customers needs, utilizing your experience and skills in areas such as testing AC/DC electrical motor winding, correct useof burnout techniques, detailing of AC/DC motor windings, rewinding, connection, and testing of windings, impregnation, stoving methods, and the use of specialist tools. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with other key tasks within theworkshop.We understand that you may have formal training or qualifications in winding within a motor environment, with experience in both AC and DC winding being preferred, although just AC experience will be considered. Your confidence in carrying out fitting tasksas well as winding is highly valued. Above all else, safety is paramount, and we expect you to prioritize the safety of yourself and your colleagues.You will thrive in our team-oriented environment, where collaboration is encouraged, but you will also have the chance to work independently under your own initiative.
