Job Description

The CompanyMTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a prestigious company in the Lanchester area on a full-time basis.The position will be working Monday - Friday 7:30am - 16:00pm.The Role

  • Pre-shift meetings with team leaders for daily targets
  • Helping to prioritise workloads
  • Working in a fast paced production environment
  • Operating and running of machinery for the production process
  • Quality checking products, reporting products defects
  • Assisting with packing of products for despatch
  • Strict adherence to health and safety regulations

  • Days shift - 7:30am - 16:00pm, Monday - Friday
The Benefits
  • All positions lead to a permanent contract after a successful probation period, up to 12 weeks probation.
The Pay£9.50 per hour + Performance bonus based on targets
