We are looking to create great opportunities by recruiting motivated, resourceful individuals with an empathetic approach who are committed to providing and promoting a person centred ethos for individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.It is essential that you are able to work independently on a one to one basis using your own initiative and as part of a wider support team.You will have good verbal and written communication skills and be focussed on enabling our service users to develop and maintain necessary life skills and be a valued member of their local community.You will have an opportunity to work with the service user group in community settings, as well as offering outreach support in their own homes.Full training is provided - after successful completion of the probationary period, you will automatically be enrolled on the Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma and receive ongoing training to meet the needs of the service user group and to encourage your own personal development.Experience of working in a community based service is desirable.Car drivers essential.Closing Date: 23 April 2020
