Job Description

Junior Architectural TechnicianAdrem have been retained, on an exclusive basis, to recruit for a multiple new Junior Architectural Technicians.These Junior Architectural Technician positions are offering the successful candidates the opportunity to join our client, who has, in a relatively short period of time, established themselves as a leader within the domestic/ private residential market in and around London, largely due to their implementation of advanced technology and their impeccable customer experience offering.The ideal candidate will;

  • Hold a relevant, Architecturally focused degree
  • Have one/ two years practical work experience in the industry (placements, internships, etc. would also count)
  • Experienced garnered on domestic/ private residential works, typically being new build extensions, loft/ basement conversions, major refurbishments/ layout changes it would be extremely beneficial
  • Experience with Revit software - If not training will be provided, but alternative 3D software experience (such as Sketchup, Rhino, etc.) would be expected
  • Membership of CIAT advantageous but not necessary
    • The role;These positions are best suited to driven and passionate individuals that offer a proactive approach to working. You will get the opportunity to work directly with clients so excellent communication skills are essential. This is a very collaborative working environment with is better suited to a team player.For the right individual a salary of up to £28,000 plus package is on offer, along with flexible working, both in terms of location and hours.
