Job Description

We are looking for an Employer Services Team Leader to join our London TeamAm I suited to the roleThe Employer Services Team Leader will identify the key employers and relevant sectors and those which are currently experiencing, or are expected to experience, significant growth and work with them to enable participants to access these opportunities.The role requires maintaining and establishing close working relationships with external stakeholders including; local employers, Internal colleagues, Ingeus participants, attending job fairs and other key partnerships.You will assess, understand and identify training and continued professional development opportunities within the EST Team and a clear vision to support Operational teams achieve job start targets

  • To lead on developing the EST team on all aspects of training and continued development.
  • Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with new and existing employers to generate vacancies for Ingeus participants through remote digital methods and face to face contact.
  • To drive program job entry targets and to capitalise on the opportunities to achieve outcomes for participants throughout the life of the contract.
  • To sell the programme to all new and potential employers.
  • Attend relevant networking events to promote programme.
  • Make regular contact with all key employers with repeat vacancies and to conduct monthly meetings with all major employers where ongoing recruitment is occurring.
  • Ability to analyse market trends to identify potential business opportunities when contacting new employers.
  • To lead on developing the EST team on all aspects of training and continued development.
  • To help drive performance on JETS as we move into the final year of contract. Design, implement and run sector specific open days across the whole region to encourage JETS participants to attend the office and register for EST vacancies.
