Job Description

Job Title Scrum MasterLocation Knutsford Corporate Banking provides integrated corporate banking solutions to businesses. Our ambition is to become the financial partner of choice for our customers and clients, in the UK and target markets. Corporate Banking supports clients in the UK and around the world, regardless of size or complexity.As a Scrum Master, youll be providing technical direction as well as managing components of system engineering activity for one or more applications / products across the end-to-end software development lifecycle, in the integral development of a new client management platform. What will you be doing

  • Scrum Master/ Technical Lead for Support and implementation of Onboarding and KYC applications leading the L3 team using Agile best practices Scrum
  • Providing support and technical delivery of application problem records within the transaction cycle tower
  • Resolving, Analyzing, designing, developing & maintaining Jetbridge Implementation Management processes in production
  • Engineering best practices, Platform engineering, DevOps and Agile delivery for on-premises and Cloud adoption (AWS, aPaas etc)
  • Delivering infrastructure design, development and provisioning and cost model around it
  • Fully understand business needs and requirements and estimates as per standards
  • Understanding the legacy systems, design and develop the interfaces
  • Participating in reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including reviewing alert logs
    • What were looking for:
  • Experience as an Engineering Lead with Scrum Master experience
  • Working knowledge of databases, RHEL, SQL, Chef, Jenkins,Git hub, J2EE, JBOSS, TomCat, XML
  • Worked on DevOps, infra designing, provisioning and test automation
  • Management exposure as youll be managing a team and will remain hands on
    • Skills that will help you in the role:
  • Experience of working with Pega systems would be extremely advantageous
