Property Repairs Advisor / Customer Service AdvisorKnottingley£11.20 per hourDo you have strong customer service skills, ideally within property, housing or maintenance repairCan you use your initiative to solve problems, coordinator contractor workloads and ensure customers receive a high quality of serviceDo you have experience working within service level agreements and managing your time effectivelyThis is a great opportunity to work for a national insurance business specialising in property repair work as a Customer Service Advisor.Main duties will include answering a high volume of incoming calls from customers needing assistance, taking down initial claim details, sourcing then liaising with a team of contractors, engineers and maintenance staff to allocate required work, maintain aninternal system with progress, produce related invoicing and administration and meet individual deadlines.Working hours: 5 days out of 7 between 8amMidnight on a rota basis.Full training will be required although a strong background in customer services or a similar role is essential.Benefits include immediate start, weekly pay, enhanced holiday accrual after 12 weeks, onsite parking, kitchen facilities, the potential for permanent contracts with the end client and more!Interested Click to apply!
