Job Description

Finance Business Partner - ContractsGrade 5 ProfessionalHead OfficeKnottingley, West YorkshireWe are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Finance Business Partner to join our expanding team. This is a real opportunity to develop the role and build the team around you.This key role of Finance Business Partner will be to drive the financial management of the organisation and review all systems and processes of current complex contracts.Supporting the Group Head of Finance, you will be responsible for providing an efficient operational finance function including ensuring accurate financial reporting; provide monthly management accounts and reconciliations of subsidiary accounts, and ownershipof service contracts.We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years experience in Management Accounts functions as well as preferred experience in managing teams. You will possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills, as well as experience working withMicrosoft Office, Microsoft Excel and accounts packages either NetSuite or similar.Qualifications - CIMA, ACCA, and part qualified or equivalent qualifications through experience is also beneficial.Benefits and RewardsAt Real Life Options we treat our people with the same respect, care and consideration that we show to the people we support.
