Job Description

My client are a premium athleisure brand based in Knightsbridge.This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and to grow with the organisation. They are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to improve the customer journey and maximise sales. You will focus on stock accountability to ensure a smooth running of the business.Key Responsibilities

Work closely with key stakeholders within the business to improve performance and processes

Run daily and weekly stock and allocation reports

Manage and allocate the seasonal stock budget

Take ownership for driving improvements on product margin, lead times and supplier terms

Constantly analyse sales and pricing -highlighting any areas of concern and take action required

Identify cost saving opportunities and develop operational plans for implementation

Manage relationships with our online retail partners and advise on commercial drivers

Drive growth through online trading and improve customer experience across multi-channel business

Analyse the trading performance of all stock identifying strengths and weaknesses

Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to organise product information, stock & pricing

detailed and thorough analysis of KPI’s – such as conversion rates, rate of sale; including SWOT analysis, to identify opportunities

Analysing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs

Working closely with the Logistics team to ensure a smooth process

Key Skills required

Proven experience working at Merchandiser level within fashion

Experience of working in a start-up / SME business

Outstanding analytical skills – able to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations to the business

Advanced Excel skills

Strong Maths skills

Commercial and product focussed

Ability to take ownership and accountability for your role

Experience using Magento
