Job Description

  • The purpose of this role is to support the customer account management team by handling initial customer enquiries
  • Dealing with calls from business customers and gathering details of their enquiry
  • Recording the details of their enquiry onto the in CRM system
  • Confidently communicate with customers to understand their needs, in more urgent cases, inform the customer account management team of action required
  • This role requires someone with a professional and friendly telephone manner, that is happy working on the phone all day
  • This is a temporary assignment for 1 - 2 months to help during a busy period
