My client are a leading design, digital & PR agency and are now looking for a Junior Designer & Artworker to join their super-talented creative team in Norwich as they look forward to new opportunities in 2021 and beyond. You will be responsible for working across all disciplines from print and digital to motion and video for a diverse range of clients from well-known brands.Essential skills and attributes• At least one years agency or in-house experience • A solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator• Proven ability in After Effects, XD, Word & PowerPoint preferred• Experience in following marketing, design and pre-press processes for the development of artwork and/or digital assets• Creative flair and an understanding that typography and layout should be front of mind • A can do attitude and a proven ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients• Well organised - planning, prioritising and managing personal workload• Always approachable, adaptable, part of the team and always up for the challengeWhat can my client offer in return• Competitive salary• 23 days holiday + bank holidays, of which three are taken in between Christmas and New Year• An extra day a year after 2 years up to a total of 28 days• 1 emergency holiday day• Entitled to join the company pension scheme and income protection scheme on the first renewal date after successful probation• Employee Assistance Programme offering professional counselling face-to-face or over the phone (after successful probation)• Profit share scheme (after successful probation)• Annual appraisal, quarterly progress reviews and individual training plans for career development• Commitment to team wellbeing• Flexible workingIf this sounds like you, please get in touch now with Emma Baylis for a confidential chat!
