Carrying out root-cause analysis (8D’s), quality issue investigations, production support
Being proactive with quality, working with manufacturing and trying to reduce quality issues occurring in the future
Participate in the walk the floor routine and develop a stand-alone walk the floor routine specific to the QE role
Create and control relevant Quality documentation such as Control Plans, Inspection Plans, SPC charts, etc.
Create, submit and control customer concessions as a containment action and participate in the problem-solving process

Quality EngineerEssential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Strong quality engineering experience within a highly regulated industry
Well-versed carrying out a range of product quality activities (root cause analysis/8D’s, dealing with non-conformances, problem solving)
