Job Description

Our Healthcare client is looking for an experienced HR Consultant.HR ConsultantLocation: Bristol, BS15 (Flexibility to work from home most days but must be able to attend meetings in Kingswood as necessary)Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (hours can be flexible)Duration: Expected to be for 2 months initially and potentially longer

  • We need a HR Consultant who has strong experience of pulling together workforce systems / HR systems / HR project management experience
  • To support on the HR System development for the various TUPE transfers
  • The role will entail supporting from a HR perspective on pulling together and helping to manage the technical work, scoping options, finalising resources needed etc.
  • Key systems we are looking at linking and bringing together post contract / TUPE transfers include Allocate, E-Rostering, Payroll Systems , ESR etc.
    • Must have:
  • Project management (not necessarily qualified project manager)
  • Experience of HR systems
  • Experience of leading workforce projects which includes systems and/or key process changes
  • Setting a vision with / motivating individuals outside of their direct team
  • Adaptable / flexible to changing business needs
  • Leading from within in a matrix management structure
