Job Description

Are you experienced in LEAN principlesDo you manage on a Operational levelMy client, a national business of 120 deport has an exciting opportunity to join their Kingswinford depot overseeing the warehouse, admin and drivers at the siteThe role will be responsible for:

  • Health and safety
  • Stock integrity
  • Logistics / Freight
  • Warehouse management of 7 pickers and packers
  • Management of 2 logistics administrators
  • Management of 2 drivers
You will also have the opportunity to be apart of the new warehouse ERP system that is being implemented in 2023!Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in managing operations in a fast paced warehouse environment
  • Experience of implementing LEAN principles
  • Knowledge of operating Warehouse Management Systems
  • Knowledge of EU driving hours / WTD - CPC desirable
  • HSE qualifications are an advantage
  • Ability to manage change effectively is essential
  • Experience of handling export shipments is desirable
  • Experience of conducting appraisals / performance management is desirable
