You will be assisting the national business development manager and sales teams by operating effective systems and proceduresto provide an efficient and professional service to all internal and external customers.The Role Provide an efficient service to both internal and external personnel. Respond to all customer enquiries in a professional manner and within timescale agreed. Administer all customer orders efficiently and accurately. Maintain effective systems, reviews, resources, and workload, adjusting as necessary to ensure deadlines are met. Enter orders accurately and on time, recording all customer information in an organised manner. Accurately convert and translate figures, presenting them to customers. Quoting and calculations of materials needed. Following up quotations.The Ideal Candidate Will be PC literate and will have accurate order processing experience. Will have done a similar role. Wil be organised and keep customers updated with all information required. Will be a professional customer service individual.
