Job Description

My Kingswinford based client is expanding its finance team, and now seeks an individual to join their Sales Ledger Department on a temporary basis.This is a great opportunity to become part of a highly-successful, growing business with a strong track record in its sector, and you will play a vital role in clearing a backlog of work that has resulted from their recent expansion. Its expected to lastfor around 6 months; however, a permanent role may very likely result.Key responsibilities will include:- Creating records for new customers and maintaining existing customer spreadsheets- Generating invoices, credit notes and other information critical to ensuring customers are billed correctly and on time- Liaising with various teams across the business to ensure queries are dealt with swiftly and accurately- Issuing refunds and dealing with intercompany recharges- Reconciliation of accounts in preparation for month end- Processing financial information to produce reports for senior managementThis will be an exciting role, with plenty of scope to be part of a vibrant, innovative team.
