This is a great opportunity for someone currently involved in the ledger functions of acomplex organisation, who can bring the skills/potential to take on the following responsibilities:- delivery of process, procedural and technological improvements to gain greater efficiency across sales & purchase ledger functions- plan, allocate and manage resources to deliver timely and accurate transactional processes- supervise the P2P and AR functions, offering a streamlined, positive approach to coaching, mentoring and supporting the team- Develop KPIs, to monitor & promote individual & team performance, greater efficiency and service delivery to internal & external customersThis role is perfect for someone with a talent for people development, with experience of managing integrations of new workstreams and additional volume.
