This post is a cross-Group position and will require travel to and working from all of the South Thames Colleges Group sites.We are looking for a Digital Innovation & TLA Team Leader to be responsible for promoting digital innovation and digital pedagogy approaches within the Teaching, Learning and Assessment across the college group.Taking a lead on supporting staff to develop the use of educational technology within all lessons and supporting all staff across the group to develop their digital skills, you will also manage a series of innovation projects and pilots across the group,advising on new approaches and technologies to utilise.We’re looking for a highly organised, dynamic and proactive Team Leader who holds a relevant degree or equivalent. You will have extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 apps and services, Educational Technology and digital pedagogy. With a passionfor utilising digital technology, including the delivery of teaching using EdTech and advising on the best approach within our curriculum area, you will have proven experience of Broadcasting, Audio Visual and other technologies.With a good understanding of working in an education setting (or similar) and experience of improving standards, you’ll have evidence of working effectively with external agencies and staff across an organisation to provide holistic support, enrichment andsignposting services to enhance student wellbeing.Closing date for the return of completed applications is 16th November 2023.
