Job Description

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Public Health Consultant on a Fixed TermContract basis.A qualified Consultant in Public Health (registered with the Faculty of Public Health/GMC/UK Public Health register only) is required to join the Public Health team of the Council for a 9 month periodAbout the role:Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

The Consultant would be required to bring expertise and enthusiasm for work which will include:
- Health Protection, needs assessments (development/input into),
- CDOP,
- Cancer screening assurance,
- Guidance for the Public Health Mental Wellbeing function,
- Represent Public Health at safeguarding boards,
- Summary of local data/ review of local service data, preparation of reports and position papers and presentations to help guide local work to prevent ill health and promote wellbeing.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

Registered with the Faculty of Public Health/GMC/UK Public Health Register
Excellence in Public Health consultancy, across a wide range of subjects and disciplines.
Local authority experience.
Excellence in data analysis, report preparation and presentation.

What’s on offer:

Salary: £77,780 – £90,417 per annum, Inside IR35
