  • Create and update sales tracking tools and dashboard to monitor customer & product pricing, margin and key account activity by territory, region and market
  • Internal reporting and analysis of external market intelligence reports (including IQVIA GFK ePAC), external company quarterly reports, territory feedback through CRM
  • Tracking and management of matrix pricing and profitability by product for Bausch & Lomb and its customers
  • Product Launch Tracking and implementation of new products onto NHS systems
  • Monitor CMU tender opportunities and upload submissions
  • Manage the sales effectiveness tool ensuring metrics are created for target customer call rates and market share by territory, region and market
  • Develop / create new tools to support the business to monitor, evaluate and manage sales effectiveness and cost control
  • Ongoing competitive analysis of pricing, org structure and product focus.
  • Develop standardised weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • VPAS management
  • Demand planning / business forecasting
To be successful you will have:
  • Strong Financial Analysis
  • Track record of Business and Customer Analysis
  • Experience of sales effectiveness support
  • Sales and/or marketing analysis, experience within a commercial environment is an advantage
  • Previous pharma experience preferred - VPAS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven high standard of organisational skills
  • Self-starter and results driven
  • Demonstrable aptitude in assimilating and utilising financial & customer data
  • Expertise in Excel, Access and of bespoke software packages, such as Power BI
  • Sales force effectiveness - development and implementation of tools to track and benchmark
  • Time/Project management skills
  • Experience in data manipulation from market intelligence (IQVIA, GFK. ePAC)
  • Demonstrable experience of the NHS procurement and Tender process
  • Forecasting / demand planning
  • Commercial business planning
  • Compliance / wholesaler inventory / margin controls
  • VPAS management
  • Ability to share / explain data in an engaging format to business
Qualification we are looking for:
  • Qualified Accountant or strong experience in Financial Analysis
