Job Description

Red is excited to be recruiting Multilingual Customer Service Advisors, fluent in either Norwegian, Danish, Spanish, French or Finnish to join an outsourcing contact centre in Kingston Upon Thames.   • Salary: £11.25 - £14.00 per hour
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
  • Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of Multilingual Customer Service Advisors (Norwegian, Danish, Spanish, French, or Finnish):
  • Handling inbound enquiries relating to technical issues
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the 2nd line support team
  • Taking responsibility for calls and seeing them through to competition
  • Working towards first Contact Resolution
  • Achieving Quality Monitoring targets to meet client targets
Key Skills of Multilingual Customer Service Advisors (Norwegian, Danish, Spanish, French, or Finnish):
  • Must be fluent in either, Norwegian, Danish, Spanish, French, or Finnish
  • Experience working in a Contact Centre is desirable
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication is required
