Job Description

Red is excited to be recruiting Multilingual Customer Service Advisors to join a significant ticketing company, providing support to customers. This position is based in Kingston Upon Thames and will require the successful candidate to be fully fluent inSwedish.Package for a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor:

  • Salary: £12.30 per hour
  • Hours: 5 shifts between Monday - Sunday, those shifts are 8am - 5.30pm
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Location: Kingston Upon Thames
Key Responsibilities of a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor:
  • Providing support to customers across live calls, social media, and telephone calls
  • Maintaining an awareness of where problems or successes are coming from
  • Responding to complaints and resolving matters as required
  • Maintaining and updating the database, ensuring that the information kept in directories and reference files is accurate and available
  • Continuing to seek ways to improve personal, team, and business performance
Key Skills of a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor:
  • Must be fluent in Swedish
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Swedish
  • Strong customer service, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Experience of meeting KPIs is desirable
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Work, Excel and Outlook) is required
