Do you have experience of working in a HR administration or generalist advisor roleDo you hold a Level 3 qualification in Human Resources Practice or looking to work towards thisIf so, we’d like to hear from you!Here at Kingston College, we are looking for a HR Advisor to support the delivery of the HR service to staff and managers. This will involve working in a HR business unit, with a HR Manager and other HR Advisors, to provide a comprehensive range of servicesto identified client groups across the Group.You’ll be involved in recruitment, absence management, induction, performance management and organisational change. The distribution of duties and activities, along with the degree of HR advisory activity will be determined and directed by the relevant HRManager, and overseen by the Head of Human Resources.In addition to having previous HR experience, we’d also like you to have excellent communication, interpersonal and prioritisation skills and be comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
