Job Description

Role: Digital Performance Executive – Paid SearchLocation: Surrey, ChessingtonSalary: Up to £32,000 plus benefitsThis an in-house role joining a business who are in-sourcing their paid search marketing efforts.It’s a relatively new team, led by someone who used to work for one of the world’s biggest agencies and who was responsible for training and developing their search marketing talent to work with some of the world’s biggest brands.So this is a chance to raise their game, and in turn raise yours through learning and development from such an experienced digital performance marketing leader.You’ll be covering multi-channel performance marketing across:

  • Paid search – Google and Bing
  • Paid and organic social
  • (Opportunity to learn) Programmatic
  • End to end execution of campaigns
  • Analytics and A/B testing for website optimisation
  • The budgets you’ll be working with equate to roughly a £1m a year for digital paid media.Despite being a hands-on remit, there’s scope to help with some of the thinking. For example with paid social, where it’s something of a new channel for them.   • Hands-on digital paid search experience (notably PPC), and a keen interest in learning and developing your skills across all other paid media channels
  • Experience could have been gained in-house or within an agency environment – it doesn’t really matter
  • You’re familiar with Google Ads and GA Editor
  • Solid Excel skills, confident analysing performance data and giving recommendations
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics an advantage
