This is a hybrid working role, 3 days a week will be required in the office / out in the community. They will be responsiblefor: - the development and implementation of excellent practice across the organisation, and specifically within the teams - a complex caseload of court cases - assisting social workers to develop experience and skills in managing court work - close linkswith the Head Of Service, Case Progression Officer, Legal Department and senior leadership team to ensure that there is a joined up approach to practice development - supporting social workers so that their practice is effective, meets regulatory requirements,complies with statutory guidance, and learns from evidence-based interventions and innovative practice - the use of the Signs of Safety and Wellbeing framework across Social Care and will support the framework with the use of direct tools for working withchildren and young people.As a Social worker you must have a degree in Social work with a minimum 2 years post qualifying experience and passed your AYSE, experience in an NHS Establishment or a local authority is desirable.To act in accordance with SWE registration requirements and Code of Conduct for exercising accountability and professional practice. To provide professional Social work assessments to support the commissioning process in line with care management and continuing care.Employers will be keen to see that you have a friendly and caring attitude, and understand and respect people who need healthcare support.Previous experience and/or qualifications in Social work are essential to apply for this role.We also supply the following to both NHS and private sector.
