This exceptional company specialise in general reactive maintenance and repair works to high end residential properties across London. Due to expansion, growth, and a strong order book, they are currently looking for an experienced Building Manager in Corydon on a temporary to permanent basis to join their hardworking team.This will be a customer facing position in that you will be working with the residents of the building with general enquiries, questions, maintenance, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have some experience in basic property maintenance and repairs as this will form part of the job role however there are full time Engineers for the bigger jobs. Please note, the position of a Buildings Manager is demanding and fast paced which requires applicants to work to work on their own initiative and be good at problem solving, whilst maintaining professionalism, good communication skills and high-quality work at all times.
