Solicitor -Private Client– Competitive Salary + Benefits – KingsbridgeThe RoleAre you an experienced Solicitor/ Legal Executive looking for an opportunity to apply your legal expertise and drive excellence in a dynamic environment If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.We are an award-winning, multi-discipline law firm based in the Southwest, looking to appoint an ambitious Solicitor/ Legal Executive with high quality customer facing skills to our Private Client Department.This is an excellent opportunity to take a central role in the development of the department, within a supportive working environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload (to include estate administration and Court of Protection work).

  • Be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills.
  • Be able to work harmoniously within the team.
  • Be able to manage a varied caseload (to include estate administration and Court of Protection work and preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, tax planning,).
  • Be enthusiastic and willing to engage in the business development of the department.
  • Be able to demonstrate consistent fee earning.
  • Be STEP Qualified and have SFE membership.
