Job Description

TSR Legal are proud to be assisting a dynamic and reputable multi-office legal company renowned for its excellent working culture to recruit for an experienced Family Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 4 years PQE at any of their offices across theSouth West and Devon.As a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4 or more years of post-qualification experience (PQE), you will play a crucial role in the Family Law department. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse and challenging caseload, including:

Divorce and Separation: Advising clients through the divorce and separation process.
Financial Remedy: Handling complex financial disputes, especially those involving high-net-worth individuals, significant business assets, and intricate property structures.
Children Work: Providing counsel on matters related to child custody and welfare.
Cohabitation and Pre/Postnuptial Agreements: Assisting clients with legal agreements related to cohabitation and marital arrangements.
Matrimonial Finance Work: Engaging in specialized areas of matrimonial finance, including cases with international elements.

Demonstrate a methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail in your work.
Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

Solicitor with at least 4 years of PQE or Chartered Legal Executive with equivalent experience.
Valid license to practice law in the UK.
Familiarity with a diverse family law caseload.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
