Job Description

Solicitor / Legal Executive (Private Client)Location: Kingsbridge, DevonSalary: £30K to £50k + Excellent BenefitsOur client are currently seeking a solicitor/legal executive to join their award-winning law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will oversee a wide range of legal matters,encompassing responsibilities such as drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, conducting tax planning, handling estate administration, and engaging in Court of Protection proceedings.Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in managing a varied caseload related to Wills, Powers of Attorney, tax planning, estate administration, and Court of Protection work.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to participate in business development initiatives.
  • Proven track record of consistent fee earning is preferred.
  • STEP qualification and SFE membership are desirable, although training opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
