Job Description

Leading fast expanding and long-established boutique Kingsbridge firm with strong national associations has a position for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor/ Legal Executive with 1-5 years PQE to join its Litigation team in Kingsbridge. Dealing with a widerange of clients on cases including:

  • commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
  • disputes concerning easements/restrictive covenants including injunctive proceedings
  • boundary disputes
  • property damage claims
  • the Party Wall Act
  • contested leasehold renewals and enfranchisements
  • Contentious probate disputes
  • Construction disputes
As a solicitor your caseload will be interesting and quality, as you will be dealing with matters with a multi-jurisdictional dimension and working with a broad spectrum of clients. You will have a strong grip and understanding of the area of practice, dealingwith your own case load from start to finish.The Solicitor will have strong academics and will be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, be highly organised and have the ability to supervise junior staff and work well under pressure.The firm offers the right candidate the opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded team which prides itself on its exceptional working environment.
