Job Description

A Block & Lettings Manager is required for a highly regarded, independent South Hams, professional property company with salary up to £30,000. This is a great opportunity to work for an established firm with an excellent reputation in the area.You will need to be organised, efficient and able to work accurately in a fast-moving environment. Previous experience in Block Management / Lettings is essential because you will need to hit the ground running in a busy department. If you have a backgroundin the sector and are looking for a new role, we would love to have a conversation with you.The skills required for a Block & Lettings Managers role will include:

  • Previous experience in Block Management and Lettings is essential
  • Highly organised and possess strong administration ability
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Block Property Management and to running and managing a lettings portfolio.
  • Preparing and maintaining annual service budgets
