Assistant Restaurant or Assistant Bar Manager required for our prestigious client - a hotel in the Kingsbridge area which is situated close to the Devon coast. Live in is a possibility to relocate and a couple or friends can also be considered - this could be another assistant role or as an F&B Assistant.The role of the Assistant Restaurant or Assistant Bar Manager will require you to assist with the supervision of the food and beverage team, supporting the Manager to provide exceptional and smooth delivery of service to maintain standardsand ensure customer satisfaction.As Assistant Restaurant or Assistant Bar Manager, shift work is involved working 5 days over a 7 day period to include earlies and lates. The role will be hands on, however your role will involve assisting with the training within the functionsof managing this department. You will require a stable track record along with experience at a similar level or be an experienced Restaurant or Bar Supervisor looking for the next step up. Experience within a multi rosette level or from within a premier high end inn or gastro pub style operation is beneficial.The salary for Assistant Restaurant or Assistant Bar Manager is given as up to £28,000 / per annum / plus a share of the tips / and end of year bonus.
