Job Description

A diligent Accounts Assistant required to join a construction contractor based in their busy and attractive Kings Langley office.The Accounts Assistant Role The successful Accounts Assistant will work alongside two other Accounts Assistants and the Finance Manager, this is a full time office based role 8am-5pm. It is highly preferred for you to have previous experience in a construction related industry.The Accounts AssistantThe main responsibilities include:

Code and input supplier and subcontractor invoices into the system
Process payment runs to suppliers and subcontractors
Resolve queries raised on invoices and in a timely manner
Meet all deadlines
Ability to work under time pressures
Efficient and highly organised
Previous accounting experience essential
Knowledge of: Sage Line 50, PaperLess, Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), Eque2
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible attitude
