We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced human resource professional to provide strategic leadership for all organisation culture and people-related activities, health, safety and wellbeing, organisational development and facilities management across CAF.Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be a key part of the strategic leadership team of CAF and you will work closely with our Board, Executive team and senior leadership group to lead a process to develop a sustainable and impactful business model for the CAF Group. Additionally, you will lead on the development and implementation of a transformative people strategy, underpinned by the delivery of excellent people management and development frameworks, with a clear focus on organisational development and continuous improvement.You will be responsible for leading the HR and Facilities teams to ensure pro-active, high quality and cost effective services are provided that support the business strategy and direction.To be successful in the role you will be a Chartered Fellow or Chartered Member of the CIPD and will have previously operated in an HR leadership role in a complex and dynamic organisation. You will have a proven track record of leading on HR strategy implementation, business transformation and positively shaping organisational culture. You will also show demonstrable commitment to diversity and inclusion, coaching and mentoring. You will be someone who leads from the front while taking your people and the rest of your colleagues with you. You will be focused, innovative, resourceful and fair.
