Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join the Frank Nutt team at our long established store in Kings Heath, Birmingham.This is a full-time permanent position working;9.30am-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (we are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays).Are you friendly, enthusiastic and personable Do you love sewing Then we want you!Duties of the Sales Assistant role include but are not limited to;

Greeting customers in the shop
Answering the phone and responding to email queries
Processing and packing orders from our website
Advising customers on their choice of sewing machine and accessories, demonstrating where needed
Booking machine repairs in and out of the workshop
Keeping product displays clean and tidy and machines ready for demonstration
Using all general MS office programs - Word, Outlook, Excel etc
Updating systems with attention to detail such as our accounting software (Quickbooks) and the website (Magento)
