Job Description

We are currently partnered with a multi award winning Facilities Management Construction provider, who are expanding their team, seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Redditch. Youll benefit from a competitive salary, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, privatehealthcare and much more.The role of Quantity Surveyor:

To guide the financial management of the joint venture maintenance contract, ensuring that financial targets are achieved.
To provide an effective interface with the clients, Partnering management, consultants and suppliers.
To Validate and approve subcontractor quotations to ensure value for money is achieved
To Agree subcontractor valuations and payments.
Ensure that the contract is properly informed as to the commercial and financial position so it can best make business decisions.

I would love to hear from a Quantity Surveyor who has:

Experience in the Facilities Management sector (preferred not essential)
HNC / HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying (including a commercial placement)
Experience in both minor/maintenance works & major project contracts.
Full UK Driving License
