As an Employee Benefits Accounts Manager, youll play a pivotal role in ensuring that we maintain our high standards of service, business focus, and regulatory compliance.What Were Looking For:Were seeking a candidate who embodies the following qualities and characteristics:Effective Communicator, Empathetic Team Player and Business Savvy.As our Employee Benefits Accounts Manager, youll have a diverse range of responsibilities that include:

  • Support for the EB Adviser:
  • Managing the Advisers schedule, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Setting up appointments and preparing for clients.
  • Coordinating with team members and researchers.
  • Keeping records and engaging in Continuous Professional Development.
  • Researching new business opportunities.
  • Following up on business applications and keeping clients informed.
  • Overseeing Group Risk Renewal and new Group Member applications.
  • Liaising with employers and employees to address queries and updates.
Your Skills and Knowledge to be considered:
