Job Description

I am looking to recruit a Production Operator on a temp to perm basis.Basic Outline:

  • Work in a busy production environment to achieve on time manufacturing of product, every time
  • Be proactive in managing own workload ensuring prioritisation of most critical tasks
  • Take ownership of safety matters, tackling issues head on and following to resolution
  • Positively engage in continuous development and training on production processes
  • Performing routine maintenance and housekeeping on production equipment and within production areas
  • Performing quality assurance checks and in-process testing
  • Be proactive in troubleshooting production issues and working with senior production operator to swiftly resolve
  • Be a good communicator with the ability to form positive working relationships across all teams on site
  • Ready to take on new challenges as the business grows and the department develops
Essential Requirements:
  • Must be flexible to work a continental shift pattern
  • Have experience within a production environment
  • Flexible to the needs of the business such as overtime
Pay -£11.90 to £11.90Subject to interview
