Your role will be workingwithin our Responsive Repairs Team as well as working within our customers homes based in Leeds and surrounding areas. You will ensure that all works issued to you are carried out on time and in accordance with the Groups policies and procedures. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with duties to include an on-call rota.For moreinformationplease download our job profile available on our website.More about youYou will have a general building background with particularly emphasis on Plastering. As one of our Plasterers you will hold an NVQ (or equivalent) in plastering coupled with aworking knowledge of other maintenance trade skills such as plumbing, tiling,windows, doors.You will be able to demonstrate, at interview, excellent knowledge of best practice health and safety in the work place, your positive approach and commitment to delivering an effective customer service experience as well as an ability to create successfuland respectful relationships with customers, colleagues and other departments.Ideally you will possessprevious experience working a social or domestic housing environment.Due to the travel required in this role, candidates must possess a current UK driving licence.The benefitsWe are a large diverse and ambitious business, which will give you job security and all the challenge you could wish for.
