This role is providing sickness cover for around 3-6 months.This role will be on-site and field based so the ideal candidate must have a full UK drivers licence and their own form of reliable transport, petrol will be paid. This is a hands on role which includes quality inspections and maintenance work etc. The successfulcandidate will have previous experience within construction and team leading.The purpose of this role is to support the successful compliance to quality standards for highway works to meet KPIs. The role will involve attending site and carrying out a quality assessment of work in line with specified criteria, preparation of highwaymaintenance job packs for operational gangs, coordination of highway works in line with health and safety criteria.There will be a max of 6 people that you will be looking after. You will be inspecting the work that has been produced by the Operatives, going and checking the quality. So you will have a construction / site background and be able to drive as you will bedriving to building sites.
